This was out by special request a long time ago and I thought I would make one for my shop to help The purple ribbon is a symbol of Lupus awareness, and the ceramic butterfly is the mascot of women with lupus. This beautiful ribbon was put together with hot glue and has a gold pin back to attach to your clothing, coat, hat, scarf, etc.
